MICRONEEDLING

Code-X microneedling
& Toskani Med serums

An individual approach to assessing your skin concerns and discussing treatment options.

01 · THE DEVICE

Code-X microneedling

Yasmine’s Aesthetics uses the Code-X automated microneedling device. Fine needles create controlled micro-punctures in the skin. Your practitioner will explain the procedure, assess your skin and discuss whether it is appropriate for you.

Your consultation covers realistic expectations, recovery, risks and alternatives, including no treatment.

02 · PRODUCT SELECTION

Toskani Med serums

We use Toskani Med serums selected following an individual assessment. Your practitioner will explain the chosen formulation and its intended use in your care plan.

Product selection and application must follow the relevant product and device instructions. Suitability for microneedling depends on the specific formulation.

Your questions, answered

What is microneedling?

Microneedling uses fine needles to create controlled, small punctures in the skin. Your practitioner assesses whether it is appropriate for your concerns and skin type.

What is the Code-X device?

Code-X is an automated microneedling device. Yasmine’s Aesthetics uses it as part of an individually assessed treatment plan.

Which Toskani serums will be used?

Your practitioner will explain the selected Toskani Med product, its ingredients, intended use and suitability for your skin. The choice depends on the assessment rather than a standard serum for everyone.

Are serums suitable for use with microneedling?

Not every topical serum is suitable for needled skin. Product and device instructions must be checked for compatibility and intended use. Ask your practitioner how the proposed product will be used and what additional risks it may carry.

What can I expect from treatment?

Discuss your goals and realistic expectations at consultation. Results vary and improvement is not guaranteed. Your practitioner will explain the evidence and limitations for your concern.

What side effects and risks are possible?

Redness, tightness, dryness, peeling, discomfort, bruising and pinpoint bleeding can occur. Less common risks include infection, pigment changes and cold-sore reactivation. Your practitioner will discuss the risks relevant to you.

Is microneedling suitable for everyone?

No. Active skin infection, bleeding disorders, some medicines and impaired healing can affect suitability. Disclose your medical history, allergies, cold sores, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and recent skin treatments.

How many sessions will I need?

The number and spacing of sessions depend on your assessment, goals and response. Your practitioner will explain a proposed plan and review it with you.

What aftercare will I need?

Follow your written aftercare plan. Your skin may be more sensitive to cosmetics after treatment. Ask when to restart makeup and active skincare, and how to protect your skin from sun exposure.
